We were provided with the parts and materials to build and manufacture this trailer for 'show' by our customer who is real enthusiast for showing 'vintage tractors and trailers'.
Manufacture of 3" SS Pipework used as part of an effluent system at our local distillery. This pipework has been installed with replacement pumps, filters and valves. This system has been put in place to recirculate the effluent through a system to assist on breaking down material within the effluent prior to disposal.
Manufacture of Steam Manifold for a seafood factory, this pipe itself took over 39 hours worth of MMA welding to complete prior to site fitting, pressure testing and commissioning on site by our coded welders.
Assistance on site for a local landfill company welding up their buckets. These buckets are under great stress when in operation. We completed this work using E7018 electrodes by coded welders.
Manufacture of replacement afterburner for a local university. 6mm Rolled Mild Steel Plate to an OD of 900mm. Replacement Gas Pipework and Condensate Lines.
Full Manufacture of replacement 30m long chain conveyor from 3mm Mild Steel Plates for a local Malting Company. New Drive & Non-Drive End complete with new shafts, sprockets and bearings. Bottom plates with wear strip welded to the centre. Material finished galvanised due to it carrying wet material.
Replacement Ribbon Flighting to this damaged Stainless Steel Spiral. Replacement Stainless Boss Machined to suit.
